NOTE: Costs associated with return shipping will be at the expense of the customer. FEDS Apparel will only pay for return shipping if FEDS Apparel is found to be at fault for incorrect items, manufacturing defects, or inaccuracy in fulfillment.

Can I return an item?

Customized items can not be returned. Items can only be returned within 30 days from purchase date, and must be returned in new condition. RETURN ITEMS WILL BE ASSESSED A 15% RESTOCKING FEE.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected. Once the item is confirmed to be in acceptable condition, the refund will be processed promptly.

Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes. We are happy to exchange items for another item of equal value, provided that:

  • • The item is returned in new and unused condition
  • • The item is not customized
