NOTE: Costs associated with return shipping will be at the expense of the customer. FEDS Apparel will only pay for return shipping if FEDS Apparel is found to be at fault for incorrect items, manufacturing defects, or inaccuracy in fulfillment.
Can I return an item?
Customized items can not be returned. Items can only be returned within 30 days from purchase date, and must be returned in new condition. RETURN ITEMS WILL BE ASSESSED A 15% RESTOCKING FEE.
When will I receive my refund?
A refund will be issued immediately once the item is received and inspected and found to be in acceptable condition.
Can I exchange an item?
We will be happy to exchange any item of equal value. Items that are customized are not eligible for exchange.
